General Plan Update 2015-2016
A design charrette was held in October of 2015 to receive feedback from residents of the Gila Valley on what you would like to see in and for Safford in the next 10 years and beyond. Radio advertisements, social media postings, newspaper articles and brochures were mailed out to every resident in Safford inviting everyone to participate in the design charrette. Over 100 citizens of Safford participated in the week long design charrette. Below are the results of the General Plan Update Design Charrette.
